Events Planning

Party help, including preparation, waitressing and clearing up, booking venues or caterers

You want, or need, to organise an event, maybe a celebration or maybe a wake following a bereavement.  You don’t need a Party Planner but do need an extra pair of hands.  This could be for any of the following: planning the event, getting invitations sent out and logging the replies, shopping for the food and drink, cleaning the house beforehand, decorating, preparing food, welcoming guests and hanging up their coats, waitressing, clearing up, cleaning the house again.

Maybe you want a venue elsewhere for your event but don’t have time to research possible venues.  It could be a restaurant or hotel or it might be a village hall and you need to organise music and caterers. You need help researching suitable providers and once booked, you can take over from there.

Events might include: parties; celebrations for arrival of new baby, birthday or retirement.  It could be a drinks evening or a barbecue in the garden or a full blown 5 course sit down meal for 20 people.
