Realise that you need to make time in your life for you but for some reason, this isn’t happening? Want to take up a new sport or hobby or attend a class to learn something?  Would love a massage or to try reflexology? Haven’t got the time or are not sure where to start to find this?  Talk to me about what you want or need and I can do the research for you and even book that first class or appointment!  If needed, I could possibly even come along with you to help you along the way.
